1. Scope of Engagement
All engineering deliverables, timelines, and acceptance criteria are outlined in individual Statements of Work (SOW) executed between TAS Creations and the client.
2. Intellectual Property Transfer
Upon receipt of full payment for contracted milestones, full copyright, intellectual property ownership, and source code rights transfer immediately and irrevocably to the client.
3. 60-Day Hyper-Care Warranty
All bespoke software deliveries include 60 days of complimentary post-launch bug fixing and warranty support covering any divergence from agreed specifications.
4. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tamil Nadu, India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Chennai.
